Same here! Went to bed as normal only to have to get up due to crazy legs. Slept like a baby previous night (first time in 27 nights!), thought I was over flare up, obviously not as back to “normal “ now.

When will it end 🤯😩

Tomorrow/today will be another wasted day due to tiredness.

Well at least your not alone, there’s lots of us feeling and living the same anguish!

Take care 👋

Do you have to go to work?

Oh well, at least that's something I suppose.

I wasn't trying to minimise your plight there by the way. It 's awful wether you have to work or not.

Just allowing myself a brief visit to the land of self pity.

I'm over it now.

I know what you mean at least the world looks a bit better when the sun comes up! Good luck

Sorry to hear you're still suffering.

Have you tried the gabapentin again?

Sleep paralysis is scary, but not at all dangerous.

I've been up and it's now 4.00 am so feel your pain. Makes me feel depressed when I look out of my sitting room window and there are no lights on in any surrounding houses! Legs and arms driving me nuts! Partner sound asleep, completely oblivious!! Fed up with this and feeling rather teary atm! The joys of rls!
