Is anyone taking stillnox with there concoction?

I am just starting to come off gabapentin went up to 800 mg over 5 weeks

Worsening of symptoms unbearable, also fluid retention and tears , miserable

Normally very happy by nature

Do you mean Stilnoct? Aka zolpidem - a shortacting sleeping pill.

I use it very occasionally at lowest dose.

It is not meant to be used long-term.

Why are you getting off the Gabapentin?

If you've been on it for a long time, you will experience withdrawals. However, 800 is not a very high dose.

Dr said to stop due it is making my legs much worse - bad swelling it was also causing shortness of breathe - I have bad lungs to start with also the crying and depression which the polar opposite of me .

Now she has said to start Pregabalin

Pregabalin is similar to Gabapentin, so I'm not sure that it will make much difference.

You certainly seem to be in unfortunate circumstances.

I hope you can get some relief from your woes.

Is Pregabalin had to stop ? the gabapentin has been easy to stop

I'd reckon about the same.

But it is different for everyone.
