Switching from one drug to the next

Hi All! I'm needing to know the best way to switch from gabapentin to carbidopa/levodopa ( Sinemet)?

You can take both. My doctor wants me to take both. I won't take LDOPA because it can cause tardive dyskensia.

I think only in large doses . ie for Parkinsons ... & over long time usage . .

I've switched many times .. I use lev as a 3 day holiday form gaba ..as gaba augments very quickly for me .
