Is the above medication similar to SEROQUEL? I could not find a satisfactory answer on Google

Similar as in the same? I just looked it up for you and no, they don't appear to be the same drug.

No Seroquel is what is known as an atypical anti-psychotic whereas Citalopram is an antidepressant, they are two different types of drugs.

Citalopram is classified as a SSRI (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor) and used for major depression disorders and anxiety. Brand name is Celexa. Due to aggressive marketing, I think at one time half the US was on this med. Seroquel is an an antipsychotic and a heavy hitter used for schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Hope this helps.
