Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to wish you all a happy Christmas and New Year !!! Let's hope it can be a relaxing one for many of us.....a tall order I know but fingers crossed.

Also to say a huge thank you for advising me this year. I have learnt so much this year about triggers, foods and medicines that cause trouble for us rls people. For me Christmas hols will be no alcohol, coffee, choccy, desserts, virtually zero sugar and not much wheat unless I want to pay the price ! I'm going to be bad on cheese though πŸ˜†

See you on the other side in 2018πŸŽ‰
