Hello,
Mirtazapine is listed as one of the medications that can make RLS symptoms much worse. See the link:
rls-uk.org/treatment/ Medications to Avoid
Mirtazapine ( Remeron ) can worsen RLS. Some people can take it without problem, myself included others can't so if your RLS has worsened since taking it then it certainly sounds like Mirtazapine is not agood med for you. An alternative would be Clonazepam which can also help RLS or Wellbutrin which is considered "safe " for RLS sufferers ( not available in the UK )

Hello, I, thanks to information on this site, now take molipaxin aka trazodone and find it does not affect rls. Extra benefit it sometimes aids sleep but not when I am having a bad night/nights.
