I did on Mirapexin I would definitely keep weaning off it slowly. 25 mg is a very low dose of lyrica. My Dr started me on 100 mg a couple of months ago. I have since increased to 150mg recently. Not so far impressed with it. Still up most nights. The max dose is 300mg.
Shaft you would need to ask your doctor if you can increase your lyrica dose. As some of us said in your previous post about this, as your doctor has stopped your codeine, then weaning off the Ropinerole will be harder without it. Lyrica alone doesnt really help. You need tell your doctor about this, and say the lyrica isnt helping and it really needs a strong pain med, ask if they will prescribe Tramadol which is what almost everyone takes when weaning off of a dopamine med.
I would advise you to talk to your doctor. We cannot tell you to take more or less of a medication, we do not know you, we do not know your other medical conditions, so all I can safely say is to talk to your doctor. We can tell our experiences. For me, neither of those meds worked, and I was on much higher doses. That IS a low Lyrica dose, again, talk to your doctor.
