If working, have you ever had to take a day off work because of your RLS?

Never taken a day off work but have fallen asleep talking to somebody while at work because of lack of aleep.
The condition affects the amount of sleep you get. That's usually the reason you don't go to work
I eventually had to leave my job because of chronic insomnia due to RLS.
Luckily I can work flexible hours so often go into work at 10am and work late. If my RLS has been bad I am so tired for the rest of the morning but tend to perk up in the afternoons.
It doesn't mean you are on top of your game! Sleep deprived employee
Always late afternoon or night
I'm retire and used to take little naps all day long. Since getting rid of RLS with the Relaxis Pad (US DISTRIBTION now) has changed this behavior . I am much More alert. @cfall
I had a family and children and I had to get up and go to work and it didn't matter how much sleep I got
