Well done to VoxPopUp who managed to stop smoking by vaping, and is now not having to use his e-cig either. What a result! Not everyone finds it so easy, however. If you're a Hampshire resident using an e-cig but can't quite cut out smoking cigarettes as well, contact us for that extra support. quit4life.nhs.uk
