First week went well I can feel that my body is enjoying the extra stretch sessions.
On Saturday I did my session then had to go out for the rest of the day, I was so tired when I got back I forgot to log my entry. Anyone else having trouble logging after the event? It just changes my current days entry, so now it looks like I have missed a day when I haven't.
