Hi Lucille
Usually you are able to find sites you have been to on the internet through the history on your internet provider
I don't know how you get on the internet but if you use Yahoo there is a a favourities button (looks like a star) on the top left. If you click on that it will open and you may see three items along the top and one of them will say History
Click on the history button and it will have a list below it of dates eg, 3 weeks ago, 2 weeks ago, one week ago and then the days of the week for this week.
If you know the day that you saw the booklet, click on the day and all the sites you visited that day will open it, you can then click into them to see if it is the one with the booklet on. If you don't know the day just click on each day and then look through each of the sites.
Sorry I'm not sure this is the help you wanted but I hope this helps a bit to find the leaflet you were looking for.
The only other thing I would say is have you got the Personal Guide to PSP from the PSP Association. If not ask them for it and make sure all sections of the guide are included. I found this book invaluable and used it not just for me but to show the carers that looked after dad as well.
Take care

If you go on the pspeur.org you will find lots of information including a guide for newly diagnosed which might be the one.
Lucille, You can set up a Google search that will let you know when anything connected to PSP takes place (new drug tests, obituaries of those who die from PSP, medical postings on PSP, and much more. If you'd like information on how to set it up email me jim.pierce@gmail.com and I'll give you detailed instructions. Jim P
I still find the caregivers list of PSP stages the most truthful and informative. I posted it here for someone. Also if at all possible attend a PSP conference. I learned so much and it was so comforting to talk with other going through the same thing.
Hello there,
You can find the personal guide on the website at
and then click on 'Getting Help' and then 'Publications'... and you will find it there
Best wishes
