It is nerve-wracking indeed. Maybe this will help:
I had HDR Brachytherapy in March 2022 on a 2.0 cm lesion 3+4 Gleason score. My PSA bounced around similar to yours and has settled around 1.3. I wouldn’t be too concerned unless it consistently increases, and get back over 2.0. Also, there is data that indicates if you had sexual intercourse 24 - 48 hours prior to PSA draw it may cause you to have a higher reading than typical.
This probably does not help much but this is my "bouncing" experience for 78-months after RALP in August 2018 (PSA 10.5, epe, +margins, 3+4)
