A great way to decide is based on tumor genomics. Anything else is hope-ium, pronounced "opium".
Biopsies only sample a tiny tiny portion of the prostate. Even when coupled with imaging. That’s the risk.
If I had GG1, I’d take a year or two to research treatments, enjoy full functionality, and then do something. Of course, this depends on age. 80? AS all the way. 60? You’re likely holding a hand grenade. JMVHO
Low-risk prostate cancer doesn't metastasize. Unless it becomes high risk. THEN it metastasizes.
