I have been on rivaroxiban/ Xarelto throughout my PCA treatment to date no radiation cystitis. Eighteen months after RT and Brachy had some microscopic hematuria but CT of kidneys and bladder and cystoscopy were normal. Uro attributed it to some minor bleeding from prostate due to treatment.
