SBRT as salvage treatment

Greetings!

I would like to know if anyone has had SBRT ( as salvage treatment) after radiation failed. Initially i had EBRT (18 years ago)…

The study articles seem to indicate that it would have similar SE’s as HD brachytherapy…

My concern has been having additional radiation.

Thanks…i see that it seems relatively safe.

What i didn’t say is i wonder about the ( salvage treatment) effectiveness with having intraductal Pca.

ADT lowered my PSA and i need to have psa tests every 3 months

I agree that whole gland salvage SBRT and whole gland salvage HDR-BT are about equal in effectiveness and potential side effects. And they are both superior to whole gland salvage cryo. I hope it is curative.
