I would appreciate any comment on my latest psa number of 1.04 (12/20/21) compared to 0.98 (9/24/21). My Greason Score was 7 (4+3) in 2018. I had SBRT treatment at UCLA in Oct'18. Below are my psa numbers over the past 3 years.

Since you had radiation (and ADT or not?) and we have no idea of your actual cancer information besides radiation and PSA numbers - hard to say. I'd guess it's just bouncing around a bit - it's lower than the one you had before the last one so I'd tend to forgetaboutit.. but your MD may think differently (hopefully he knows what treatment you had.)

My guess is that there's no significant difference between 0.98 and 1.04. There's uncertainty in any test result.

The lab might tell you what its uncertainty is, and your doc should have a good idea.
