You have advanced prostate cancer. What exactly are you interested in treating with TOOKAD? metastases?

Just thinking ahead for the sure return of my cancer as we know there is no cure for the beast. Keeping aware of options since I am not totally confident that whoever I am seeing is up to date. I discovered AC-225 and LU-177 and was not advised that a trip to Germany to be an option.

I will scratch that one. What are your thoughts on Proton radiation and pin point application for a returning bone met and usage on lymph nodes in the groin?Local hospital does have a proton machine. Actually there are two close by. One in Flint and the other in Beaumont hospital in royal Oak Michigan

I don't think anyone thinks its a good idea to go after individual metastases when more than about 3 have been identified. If the bone met is painful, a single shot of SBRT can provide relief.

I recall that you are not an advocate of alternative supplements. But are there some things that you do in addition to SOC ? Also, what are your thoughts on Metformin. and the dosage?Thanks
