Radiation or RP for capsular contact?

I have Gleason 7 (3+4) but a high risk Decipher score. Prostate is around 35 cc so SBRT is still a good option as is radical prostatectomy. My MP-MRI showed a 5 mm capsular contact. A surgeon says he can still likely save the nerves on that side but if there is any doubt he will have to cut into the nerves on that side. With SBRT would the nerves be spared with the capsular contact or would I lose them regardless of the treatment?

Radiation doesn't harm nerves the way surgery does. Nerves are always spared. ED may sometimes occur after radiation because the blood vessels get blocked by scar tissue. There are much lower odds of ED after radiation:
