Others find other outcomes. It's almost impossible to measure without a huge sample and 15-20 yrs of f/u because incidence is so low. In contrast to the low reliability paper you cited, this one had 40,000 patients in the study, and were much more careful about qualifying patients. They were clear on its limitations, but thanks for pointing out " the Low reliability" of what I posted. always good to be corrected!
