ADT and diabetes

Hi just wondering if anyone has developed diabetes due to ADT?

It's a known side effect. From the Lupron prescribing info:

"Hyperglycemia and Diabetes: Hyperglycemia and an increased risk of

developing diabetes have been reported in men receiving GnRH analogs.

Monitor blood glucose level and manage according to current clinical

practice"

Yes I did. Blood sugar was fine before adt. About 12 months after starting, hba1c increased to 7.0. So could be a coincidence, but I don’t think so. Now I’m on metformin.
