The best remedy is an Artificial Urinary Sphincter (AUS) that can be surgically implanted.

Check out Pro-Act therapy. I’m in the process of having it done as we speak. Much less invasive than AUS.

If you want to go the soft way try imipramine.

If you had prostate surgery, and that caused the incontinence:

. . . which strengthen the muscles in your pelvic floor.

The problem is, you can't see those muscles. So it's easy to do the exercises wrong.

There are physiotherapists who specialize in pelvic-floor strengthening. See if you can find one.

I am resigned to using pads. One gets me through the day unless I hit the gym and walk on the treadmill. Or start drinking adult beverages.

It could be much worse...my uncle has a permanent catheter. At that point my wife knows what to do,
