Are you newly diagnosed? Have you had a bone scan/CT? Which therapies have you investigated so far?

G’day I was diagnosed about 15 months ago psa was 34 Gleason 10 with boney Mets and also in the limph nodes .Had two doses of docetaxel and ended up in hospital both times with neutropenia and was reverse barrier nursed till it passed so the oncologist decided no more then went on to zolodex 3monthly injection with casudex daily worked ok for a while psa down to .2 then it started to rise again then three months off casudex psa went up to 17 so it was decided to put me me on enzalutimide 160 mls daily took that for about a month and was soon so tired they reduced it to 120 mls daily a livable dose psa seems to be going down soon I am to begin elegard in place of the zolodex every three months see how it goes

I am Gleason 10. Did 6 rounds of chemo, on Lupron every 3 months. After last chemo.PSA was .6. 2 months later .9 but still under the 2.0 my MO said will trigger next step. Small amount of pain in hip where mets are. But nothing cant manage with OTC pain meds.
