Understood. Not all partners are only about the sex. I have had to learn new ways to be a sexual partner without an erection and without semen. It is not the same but it is good.
Our cousin married her husband knowing he had had prostatectomy. They are married over 10 years; and got through his having ADT treatment about 3 years ago! Have a fabulous blended family. Met on a match-making app. Penetrative sex is not essential; other ways to be intimate exist.
I too can attest to that, as my guy went through the surgery, etc., at 70 yo. We both turned 80 this summer & will be married 60 years in another month.
