Support
We offer a free telephone counselling service that is available for people with their conditions and their friends and family as well. To be referred then you can either contact us on 0300 3030 111 or fill in our online form: https://www.macularsociety.org/form/counselling-referral
We also run a CBS support group via our counselling service. This is done over the telephone and you can speak to other people experiencing CBS as well as one of our counsellors. If this is of interest, you can either call us to complete the referral form or complete it online: https://www.macularsociety.org/form/counselling-referral
If you do call in to complete the referral, we will have to hear verbal consent. It takes a counsellor a maximum of two weeks to make the initial call.
If you have any more questions or would like further information or support, you can contact us at the Advice and Information Service by phone or email.
We are available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on 0300 3030 111 or at help@macularsociety.org.
We also run a Facebook Page to help keep you up to date:
