feeling anxious :(

just as i start getting used to my bleeding stopping, its started again, had some pains today...morning sickness has been getting less the last few and now pinkish red blood, this is such a rollacoaster at the moment and so not enjoying it.......

I know what you mean...been the same.my bleedings came completely unexpected as i had no pains.i've been seen many times by gp's or hospital,had loads of tests but they havent got a clue why.i've seen dr today and he actually explained to me few things.as they cant find any reason it may just be the beauty of my pregnancy.my bleedings are every 2-3 weeks so its like my periods before.but it could come from placenta.that depends where it is.if its low near your cervix it could cause bleeding with bright red blood as it hasnt got far to go out.my placenta is bit higher so by the time blood gets down it changes colour for brown.but to be sure you need a scan.my 20week scan is in 2weeks so they gonna check it.also any bending or lifting could cause that bleeding...to be honest i rest a lot,have sick note from work but obviously i still have to do things at home.dont worry honestly.is your bleeding heavy or just spotting?did you have any test done like smear test?xx

hi its spotting, but I have to wear a panty liner, funny thing Is I felt rough the nite before, then had stomach pains then the spotting, I've not had pains before, and I'm not feeling as sick as I was, my bleeding changes colour, from Brown to red, I suppose cos it stopped and how it started again it's just worried me think I might phone my midwife today and see what she says, but thanks, I suppose if I knew def why I was bleeding id feel better, your does sound like a period doesn't it, so strange x

Yeah definitely ring your midwife.its always better to check.every time i bled i had to be seen.but when i've lost gush of blood i went straight to hospital.the worse was at the weekend cos i had to wait 10hours to be seen.even now i am worried sometimes to go toilet in case if i see blood,i wake up every 2-3hours at night ...i've still got so long to go..but i try to think positive now...hope you'll get it sorted and its nothing to worry about xx

Hiya Babymother, how many weeks are you?? I had bleeding with my first very scary isn't it and you just instabtly think miscarriage. Ring your midwife and tell her you have had some bleeding and she may refer you to the EPU for a scan. I had bleeding at 6 weeks and 8 and both times had scans for reassuance. Thinking back when I was pregnant first time and the bleeding I had was pretty light and spotting to when I had my mc in dec. The mc was red blood with clots (sorry for tmi) and I had to change a pad 5 times a day and twice in the night and it lasted nearly 2 weeks. Keep your chin up and demand a scan I am sure you have got nothing to worry about. Keep us posted please

Hi megzay I've been bleeding from when I should of started my period,just after I found out I was pregnant, lasted for about 4 weeks then stopped for about 5 days, have had scans they don't know why I'm bleeding, but just started to relax then, sickness started to wane then the bleeding started again, driving me nuts I just can't relax, then this mourning back to getting sick and bleeding stops!!!????

oh bless you must be so scaryI would really panic if I saw that much,I panic on seeing a little bit! sounds like your baby is good thou nearly 20 weeks I can't wait to get there,!! x

I have had 2 lots of bleeding at 10 and 11 weeks, both times I phoned the midwife and she got me into the epu and I've had scans both times. Baby has been wriggling around both times which it's very reassuring. The only issue is they can't see where I am bleeding from so but at least the baby is ok! Good luck and call your midwife.

it's so weird with bleeding its a 50/50 chance... started feeling sick again this morning and my bleeding had stopped by mid morning!! rang community midwife dept at 3 but were closed! So will ring on Monday just to query it so weird that my symptoms keep stop starting, has anyone else felt like it?
