17 weeks pregnant and felt a hard ridge (lump) near (on) pubic bone. Is this my uterus ?. Hadn't noticed this before and became worries.

Anything like this you shd have checked by your midwife or Doc. Certainly sounds like its possibly the uterus but you shd get any concerns checked over. Congrats and good luck.
