This sounds like pelvic girdle pain. I have the same thing and have just started having physio to help it. It's agony.. I would go to the dr and get referred if I was you. I have various exercises to do at home, which involve working ur pelvic floor muscles and my pelvis. There's quite a lot of infor on the net too. I googled it. Good luck x

Hi there,

It does sound like SPD, you should get a referral to a physio via your GP or see a local osteopath as it generally can respond well to the right treatment. If you have had it for that long it probably isn't going to go away and usually gets worse with the next pregnancy if you do decide to have one so it is worth getting it looked in to. I am an osteopath who sees quite a lot of SPD so let me know if you have any more questions. Good luck, Claire
