I had unprotected sex about a week a go now and I'm terrified that I could be pregnant. I really have no idea what to do with myself

Hi hon, try not to worry. Just relax and wait for your periods to come. If they don't, take a test up to 10 days or so after period is missed. Probably a good idea to use this as a learning block and be sure not to have unprotected sex again if you don't feel ready to be pregnant!
