my daughter has been told the baby has no heartbeat 2 weeks after having a scan where the heartbeat was very strong.

Could the second scan be wrong, she has been offered a pill to get rid of the baby, but is confused because she still feels pregnant, morning sickness etc.

Unfortunately they wouldn't offer the pill if they were in doubt, also she may feel pregnant until the featus comes away, sorry 4 ur loss hopefully next time will b successful x

I am so sorry for your loss. I have experienced 3 miscarriages and hearing the words there is no heartbeat is the worst thing I have ever heard. I have had to use the pill your daughter has been offered and the unfortunate thing for me was I felt pregnant for quite a few weeks afterwards. Her body needs time to recover. Stay strong for her she will need your support. Wish her well and my thoughts are with you and your family at this sad time.

firstly tell your daughter to request another scan just to be sure,sometimes baby can hide and a heartbeat can be tricky to find,failing this than the pill isthe only way forward im afraid,it is the only decent thing to do for baby and daughter,please wish her well and i hope things are better then they sound.

im sorry to say that i think your daugter is having a miscarriage. it happend me aswell. your daughter will still feel pregnant for a while. her body needs time to recover. please support your daughter in this diffucult time
