congratulations jbs! I say tell your boss in the next month or so so they have time to prep for your leave and don't feel left in the dark.

Congratulations on your 12-week scan. This certainly is an exciting time for you. Telling your manager that you’re pregnant can be nerve wracking; however, being prepared will help you feel more confident about it. Preparing for the discussion will allow your manager to see that you’re planning to approach this new phase of your life not only with excitement, but in a professional manner with continued commitment to the workplace. Further information on your rights at work during pregnancy, including how to tell your employer can be found on our website here nct.org.uk/pregnancy/being-.... Good luck and congratulations.
