Lots of symptoms to none

I had all sorts of different symptoms from about 6 to 12 weeks, but I am now 12 weeks (13 weeks in a few days) and my symptoms have completely disappeared. Should I be worried??… because I am! I’ve got my scan on Wednesday luckily, but I’m hoping someone can say they’ve had the same and we’re fine, so I can stop feeling anxious about it

Hey, I'm currently 16 weeks and I was exactly the same - lots of symptoms, felt very pregnant and then at just after 12 weeks it all went away and I felt completely normal. But the scan showed lots of movement and a healthy little baby, and this week I've started to feel what I think are little flutters so I think it's normal. Others that have had babies have reassured me they felt the same and remembered hating this few weeks as it just made them anxious too which made me feel a lot better knowing it wasn't just me

Symptoms stop once the placenta takes over so that's completely normal don't worry!!
