11 month old with gastro sickness bug

Hi, our 11 month old (will be 1 in a few weeks) has had a gastro type bug since Thursday evening. He was really vomiting Thursday night (only once but a lot of sick) and has since been sick once or twice a day since then. We’re offering him sips of water and formula as usual to keep him hydrated but he hasn’t wanted a single bit of solid food since Thursday. I know milk is their main source of nutrients until they’re 1, but I’m worried that he’s totally off it completely and won’t have a little bit of anything no matter how plain. Wondering if anyone has any reassurance or advice? I thought it would have passed by now. He’s ok in himself other than more naps than usual. (I also caught it Friday night but I’ve felt fine today so have bounced back surprisingly quicker). X
