I was on medication before i got pregnant and had to come off it when i found out. I feel awful and alone and so irritable. I dont know if it is the pregnancy, mental health or physical health (i have been poorly with cold/flu for over a months now). I keep snapping at my husband. I feel so stressed out 😢 and useless

I've been suffering with my depression, I attempted suicide a couple of weeks before I got pregnant, so all my meds that were upped to a higher dose was lowered by my GP as soon as I found out I was pregnant.

But my mood has been up and down since I became pregnant.

I have a psychiatrist I see every week and she helps

Speak to your GP or midwife? They should be able to refer you to some mental health support and be able to look at medication that you should be able to take during pregnancy.
