I'm 11 weeks pregnant and planning to start using stretch marks oil from 12 weeks onwards.
Can anyone please suggest any good brand/ brands? That they might have used or have heard about, just concerned about it being safe during the pregnancy.
I'm reviewing this one from Bio-Oil and am finding it a good option but it says that it contains Vitamin A so still not sure about it.
Bio-Oil Skincare Oil - Improve the Appearance of Scars, Stretch Marks and Skin Tone - 1 x 125 ml amzn.eu/d/amblQMl
Any help is highly appreciated!
Many thanks in advance.

I used fantastic skin elastic by my expert midwife in my first pregnancy. It smells amazing. It may just have been luck and a small bump but no stretch marks! Using again this time around. My friend used bio oil and found it a bit drying. The FSE is great even for my crazy sensitive skin and very moisturising. A whole pregnancy would need 1-2 bottles so it doesn’t end up being crazy expensive xx
hello, I used bio oil in my first pregnancy but didn’t prevent stretch marks for me. This time I used Neals Yard mama massage oil which was lovely and then mamamio tummy butter after - I didn’t get any stretch marks this time round and both smelt lovely and kept my skin moisturised and helped with itching (which I had at various points in my pregnancy).
I don’t think there is a specific oil that will definitely not let you get any stretch marks - it tends to be related to genetics whether you will or won’t but it’s a nice treat for your belly.
I am not sure if the palmers stretch marks cream and oil samples I had prevented getting stretch marks or I naturally didn't have any marks. I used them very less frequently and less quantity. Other than I used almond oil again same frequency. I mainly used normal moisturizer through out pregnancy as I read these oils mostly dont make any difference byt its important to keep belly moisturized
