evaporation line?

never used the blue tests usually use the pink tests so unsure if this is an evaporation line?

waited 10-15 mins before checking so think I may be out of the time frame. Can see blue dye in the line so not sure if that means anything or just an evaporation line.

I'd do another test and check within the time frame. Unfortunately checking outside the window can cause confusion as this can be when the evaporation line appears
