Indentation line or faint positive?

Hi

I’m 7 days late for my period (not normal for me - regular periods), could this be a faint positive or is it an indentation line

I have attached my flow screenshot of when I had unprotected sex during the month as well.

About A week ago for three days straight I felt like throwing up at night time and I had a dizzy spell while driving in the car with my mum (wasn’t driving) and this cause me to almost pass out (5 days ago) I also had another less severe dizzy spell one morning laying in the couch about 1.5 weeks ago

this is the first pregnancy test since missing my period and haven’t had a dizzy spell this week and haven’t felt nauseous in a couple days

I’m so confused

It could be positive, I had very faint lines with my second pregnancy. I would try again with another test and use your first urine of the day so your HTC is strongest.
