Nub theory Boy or Girl?

hey guys,

i had my scan reports at 13 weeks pregnancy ultrasound. Can anyone help me out with the nub theory as when i see two white lines are visible under the legs but are no parallel to the spine. I am confused that second baby is a boy or a girl? Please help me with nub or skull theory?
