i am 45 days late I been having a light period just spotting doe.i have been having a lot of pregnancy symptoms could be I pregnant. I had two positive pregnancy test and One negative I am confused

If you've taken the test as per the instructions and read it in the time frame and it's positive you should refer yourself to your midwife/ doctor.

If your period is 45 days late, and you're not sure, I'd take a test first thing in the morning and test with that urine. If that turns positive on the time frame it will confirm if you're pregnant.

If it's negative then you could book in with your doctor to see if they can check why your period might be delayed.

I think it sounds like you are pregnant. 2 out of 3 positive and also being 45 days late. The spotting could be implantation bleeding, very common in early pregnancy. I’d definitely get yourself to the doctors to get it confirmed.
