The Dr gave me the blood results I am pregnant I just wasn't sure cause I bought two pregnancy test and one came out negative

One week before my period yeah It was so soon but at that time I was taking meds for my anxiety I didn't think Nothing of it cause I been infertile for many months

I took a 2nd test yesterday and it looks exactly the same but didn't show up until after 10 min and I'm now 4 days past due for my period...not sure what to think of it...
