Is this test positive or negative?

Is this a evaporated line? I didn’t read it in time, but I am 15 days late for my period.

I would take another test with first morning urine and try to read it in the time specified in the instructions, as results after that can be invalid. I would expect the line to be a bit darker if you were 15 days late for your period (as that would make you about 6 weeks pregnant, and typically feint lines appear when you are closer to 4 weeks pregnant- i.e. when you have very first missed your period).
