Covid booster
I had mine 2 weeks ago at 13 weeks. Felt pretty shattered the next day but other than that I was totally fine xx
I had my vaccinations when I was in my second trimester when the go ahead was given for pregnant woman to have it.My only thing was an achy arm at the injection site, but it wasn't bad enough to stop me taking my toddler to her swimming lesson the following day.
No other side effects at all, I took paracetamol after my first one as a precautions but as I felt fine I didn't take any more and didn't take any for my second dose. Baby is 3 months old now totally perfect and I'm booked for my booster on the 20th 😊
I think it’s each to their own - I survived my first pregnancy at the start of the pandemic in the height of it all when covid jabs wasn’t around & my pregnancy went fine. Had the jabs then after I gave birth, I’m now expecting again and personally won’t be having my boosters until I give birth.
Do your research & make the decision that’s best suited to you, don’t be swayed..go with your own decision!
I had the booster about a month ago at 21 weeks pregnant. No side effects, except for a slightly achey arm for a couple of days
