What has helped you induce labor. At 38 weeks or farther?

I took raspberry leaf capsules from Holland and Barrett and mine were born at 38+3 and 39+1. Started taking them about a week before they were born. Having said that if you look at the women in my family all their babies are born slightly early. So could be genetics 🤷🏻‍♀️ In reality I don’t think we can do much to control it. But the capsules are safe and worth a try maybe?

I tried it all, curries, pineapple, Raspberry tea leaves, sex, nothing worked 6 days late 6 dates late 11 days (induced). Scientifically no evidence that anything works.

I will back you up and say the same!! I tried everything! I was even 1-2 cm dialated 3 days before my induction and did everything! Sex, hot curries, bouncing, walking! Raspberry leaf...everything! Didn’t work!

I was recently told that acupuncture may help induce labour naturally. Make sure it is a qualified practitioner who covers pregnancy. I am looking into this for myself at the moment. Good luck x

Induction at the hospital at 39w worked great lol
