Comfy clothing for leaking breast?

Looking for some advice. I’m currently 21+6 days pregnant and from 16 weeks I’ve have leaky boobs. It got a lot worse in the last few weeks which is soaking my t-shirts through. I don’t like wearing a bra when I don’t need to and am wondering if any women can suggest comfy things I can wear with breast pads instead of a bra.

Thanks in advance! Xx

I got a couple of sports bras from asda and wear them constantly no padding no underwire but you can put a pad in easily x

Sainsburys do a maternity bra that is just like a sports bra, its super comfy, you can easily attach a breast pad to it. They were also brilliant for after baby was born when breast freeding.

I’ve worn M&S secret support vests as bras pretty much from the beginning, they’ve been an absolute God send as my boobs have grown at least 4 cup sizes I’d say and I’m still only 15+4!
