Ask your GP. You can use vaginal pessaries for a week.

It won’t hurt baby I’ve had thrush in both my pregnancies. In the second one it started few days before labour and hadn’t cleared up. Subsequently baby had oral thrush And I then had it in my nipples which was cleared with treatment.I was told only to use canesesten Cream and not to use pessaries by my midwife.
