So I'm 12 weeks this week. I've had regular cramps during pregnancy journey so far. On 3 occasions I've felt quite uncomfortable with them and luckily I've been home so Ive had a lie down and tried to sleep it off. I have one child so Ive been pregnant before but it really was a breeze. This time I've experienced every symptom going. Now I know this sounds early but on 1 occasion I felt like I was experiencing mild contractions! Yesterday I had what felt like cramping, pressure back and tummy, bloating discomfort, indigestion and constipation. I really was uncomfortable. I'm not constipated though I actually went for a poo that was a bit dodgy *tmi*.
I had a lay down and tried to sleep it off but it was intermittent all day, that last night I slept with a hot water bottle. I could of taken pain relief buy I held I didn't want to.
This morning I'm feeling similar without the indigestion and stretching feeling. My tummy doesn't look any different. It looked really pregnant yesterday and today back to normal squishy looking.
I've had no bleeding throughout pregnancy so I really hope this is a good sign but I'm aware of silent miscarriages. My scan couldn't come quick enough! It's Monday!!

Hi there, I am 12 weeks as well and have been consistently cramping for about two days now. I have also cramped on & off throughout this pregnancy. I have never been pregnant before & so have nothing to compare it to but my visit at 11 weeks was normal with a good heartbeat. I’m hoping that the cramping is normal & due to the growth of the uterus. I also don’t really appear pregnant, mostly just bloated. I’m hoping the best for you ❤️ how did your scan go?
Good to hear! I'm thinking it's the stretching of the uterus and hormones but it doesn't make it any easier to live with. I'm the same, I have days when I looked bloated and my tummt is squishy and I have days I looked pregnant and my tummy feels very hard. My scan went well too, thankfully! Roll on my 16qeek appointment!
