I think you might mean a humidifier, a de humidifier takes the moisture out of the air so might make your nose worse.

You could try a calpol plug in, they're meant for baby but I find they smell nice and helped me and baby when we were snuffly.

A humidifier would be nice too, I'd prefer that over Vicks as the smell can become a bit much x

I used the breathright nasal strips which weren't too bad x

It could be that you started breathing with your mouth during the night instead of the nose - perhaps a slight position change. If you focus on nose breathing during the day chances are that at night you will automatically keep nose-breathing.

YES! My nose is stuffy all the time. I read in an app it’s a known symptom. We have an Asakuki diffuser and have it on before bed and during the day which helps a bit, I like the eucalyptus smell but be careful as some smells can be a bit overwhelming. Could also be hayfever as the pollen count is high and your immune system is low when you’re pregnant.

I read that peppermint can reduce your milk flow- absolutely no idea how true that is but I’m keeping in mind just incase.
