Use of Pregnacare

Hello house. I am just enter my 16 weeks this morning. Can I stop using pregnacare or I can keep on using it till delivery week?

I have taken them all the way through pregnancy. I think its personal choice but ensures you and baby get the necessary vitamins and nutrients.

If you're on the during pregnancy ones then take them all the way through as they ensure you and baby are getting the essential vitamins and minerals

My midwife told me I had to take them until week 12 but that there was no harm in continuing longer if I want to.

To stop at week 12 and then just vitamin d

I was told that you can just take vitamin D after 12 weeks but I carried on taking the Asda pregnancy vitamins all the way through. They were much cheaper than the pregnacare and hardly any difference in amounts of vitamins.
