My baby girl is teething she is only 4 weeks old what can I do

Oh dear that is early and so unfair poor little one!!

I think you could give her a dummy, maybe even put the dummy in the fridge for an hour so it's cooler, at least biting or sucking on it might bring some relief. Otherwise teething rings that you place in fridge might help too, they will hopefully give her some temporary relief.

Don't freeze them or give her ice as that could cause freezing burns on the gums

I'd also ring health visitor and ask for advice as they might know of some other tricks.
