Is it normal for pregnancy symptoms to go away? For about two days I had really bad heartburn , and now I don’t and also felt super gassy but that seemed to go away as well. I’m getting scared because I just don’t feel pregnant anymore . I’m also 7w1d pregnant

Yes the symptoms can come and go, as the placenta starts to grow and take over the work of providing for baby sometimes this can relieve the symptoms of pregnancy.

During my pregnancy I had hardly any symptoms of pregnancy. Some heartburn but nothing else, I never had any morning sickness at all.

Hopefully it's nothing to worry about, when do you have your first midwife appointment?

Okay thankyou I get very worried about the smallest things. I had my first midwife appt about a week ago and I go back in 2 weeks

It's such a stressful time. I hated not being able to have any control over what happens. Wishing you every luck xx

I have found the same, I am 10 weeks now. I have some amazing days where I feel normal and others where I feel queasy, tired and emotional. A friend of mine said her symptoms went away at 9 weeks, so she decided to have a private scan just in case. All was fine and now her baby is nearly a year old!
