31 weeks 5 days bad belly ache/belly cramping

So I have severe health anxiety.. but looking for some reassurance. Last night I ate some salt and vinegar chips to try and bring my BP up as I was feeling dizzy as my BP has been lower and about 10-15 mins after eating them my stomach started cramping up super bad up top beneath my ribs and ached into my back as well it lasted for about 30 mins then started to subside but it scared me so bad that I feared I would have to go to the ER and I went into a panic attack and started sweating and got super lightheaded and almost passed out. The pain was making me nauseous. My fiancé had to rub my back and calm me down. I was told probably bad heartburn or gas pains, it did pass eventually but I’m still having some slight pains which I know are gas. Have any other prego moms had these bad tummy aches due to something you ate or heartburn?

Sorry for your anxiety attacks, they are horrid! I was a salt and vinager fiend pre pregnancy but can't eat them now they do give me a tummy ache! Even too many salty crisps do! I stick to slightly salted nuts and, cracks and cereal bars for snacking emergencies...good luck x
